About Me

Hey Lads,

I've always felt as though the bodybuilder lifestyle was destined for me, after all my biggest role model, my father, was a bodybuilder. He would play Pumping Iron scenes for me when I was just 4 years old. I remember watching the classic bodybuilders and wanting to be just like them; maybe it was because I saw how my father glorified the sport. For him bodybuilding exemplified the best in men, it went beyond aesthetics, for him it was about sacrifice, self-discipline, and perseverance and I think that's what he really wanted for me. He has taught me so much about discipline, how to train effectively and very hard, and how to transform myself in a short amount of time.

I won the Teen Nationals in 2017, the premiere competition for teenage bodybuilders. Teen nationals for many was a pivotal career move of many bodybuilders such as, Jay Cutler, Branch Warren and numerous other top level professional bodybuilders. I also went on to win the NPC North East Summer Classic taking the Overall at 19 years old beating many men twice my age. I understand what it takes to put muscle on, and how to get conditioned as well. I also understand that everyone does not have the same goals of that that a hard core bodybuilder may have. I can easily work with individuals who's goals might not be including getting on stage. I have helped people with diets and training ever since I was 16 years old! I have a very good understanding of what the body needs for cutting or bulking. This is something I am extremely passionate about and I love to watch others succeed and change their lives. Even if you want to get lean just to get girls, or you want to win a show, I can guide you along the way.

Personal training for me truly is a labor of love. The same joy I get out of transforming my own body I get out of seeing my clients succeed. I would often get many people contacting me requesting I train them, especially after my strong showings in numerous competitions. I realized that there is a need and a market for dedicated personal trainers. For me training is not only about the science, but also about the motivation. The reality is you can have all the knowledge in the world but sometimes without someone to push you, you will never make it–and that's okay. Just as my father was and is there to push me in my career, I want to be there for you. Anyone can construct a diet plan and workout regimen, and there are dozens of free resources to do this, but for those with a busy lifestyle, or people who want to dial in contest prep, some motivation and programming can make all the difference.

I've been very fortunate to have people around me both on and offline who push me and motivate me. I would like to be there for you during your journey as well.
